Business Development Analyst

ASI is seeking a Business Development Analyst to work in our Jacksonville, FL office. The candidate will be responsible for market research and intelligence, opportunity identification and management, financial and data analysis, and will engage in cross-functional collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs
  • Evaluate and assist in tracking and management of potential business leads, strategic partnerships, and new market segments
  • Build/maintain financial models, perform cost-benefit analyses, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure growth initiatives
  • Work with leadership to act as the "connective tissue" between sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams to ensure growth initiatives are executed smoothly
  • Assist leadership in creating business plans, pitch materials, and long-term expansion strategies
  • Maintain databases of potential partners and clients, often using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Support the creation of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with data analysis or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Highly organized with strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
