Logistics Analyst – MO&I

ASI is seeking two Journeyman Logisticians to work in Lakehurst, NJ supporting Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE) programs within the Mission Operations & Infrastructure (MO&I) Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including pickup and delivery scheduling
  • Serve as a primary logistics interface for MO&I program teams and customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Staging Facility Inventory Management System (SFIMS)
  • Track material shipments and provide timely status updates to multiple program teams
  • Support staging facility and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with ALRE and SE logistics requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years in acquisition and sustainment logistics, including 2+ years supporting DoD logistics programs
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting ALRE and SE shipping and receiving processes
  • Demonstrated experience using SFIMS, including inventory data entry and tracking
  • Strong understanding of staging facility operations and warehouse management
  • Experience working across multiple programs and with stakeholders in a DoD environment
  • Proficiency with inventory databases and logistics-related systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Pay:

  • $21.50-$39.00 per hour
