Senior Logistics Analyst – PMA-268

ASI is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to work in Patuxent River, MD. This position supports PMA-268 AIRWorks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project planning, execution, monitoring, and tracking
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze financial spreadsheets and progress reports; monitor the distribution and allocation of available funds
  • Provide procurement tracking; monitor project risks; track project actions; support integrated project change control by monitoring and updating all project documentation to include scope statements, schedules, and cost-to-completes
  • Attend and participate in technical meetings, working groups, and/or design reviews and participate in briefings and meetings to present project status
  • Support the Government in managing project requirements and ensuring all requirements are defined, quantifiable, measurable, and traceable to project and/or capability documented requirements
  • Develop tailored supportability strategies, define maintenance planning concepts, and conduct supportability analyses, while ensuring system design and logistics efforts are integrated
  • Collect and analyze Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) data
  • Ensure all Technical Data and Publication activities are in accordance with project-defined requirements
  • Conduct SM&R code validation
  • Review drawings for part number validation and component identification
  • Analyze IBOM and verified data entries for provisioning data elements

Required Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of operational experience (Fleet experience) in the full spectrum of industrial and logistics maintenance planning and sustainment
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • Four (4) or more years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to include the data package
  • Naval Aviation Avionics experience
  • Experience using the Naval Aviation maintenance reporting systems (DECKPLATE, NALCOMIS, BMT, AMSRR, AFAST, BOE, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of the production system supporting component repairs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Organizational and Intermediate level maintenance
