Responsibilities:

  • Align workload with hangar/shop capacity, track infrastructure readiness, and elevating space constraints
  • Forecast equipment requirements based on workload; coordinate acquisition, maintenance, and readiness across FRCs
  • Translate workload into labor demand models by work center/trade; assess against hiring pipelines, onboarding cycles, surge capacity, and certification timelines; track and escalate resource shortfalls
  • Monitor material availability; track long-lead items and supply chain risks; integrate material posture into planning models to flag potential execution delays
  • Forecasting and Modeling: Develop and maintain forward-looking resource models aligned with projected inductions and completions. Translate demand into actionable resourcing curves and timelines
  • Risk Identification: Identify constraints – capacity, readiness, lead time, or availability – and integrate them into planning tools to enable early risk recognition and mitigation
  • Integrated Planning: Coordinate across production, engineering, supply chain, training, and facilities teams to ensure resource plans are synchronized and feasible at both the site and enterprise levels
  • Decision Support: Contribute to dashboards, visualizations, and reports that support data-driven decisions across multiple planning horizons
  • Strategic and Tactical Engagement: Operate effectively at both the enterprise and site level – balancing long-term planning with near-term execution needs
