ASI is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to work in Arlington, VA. supporting the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Program Management support of the Sustainment elements of the Program Master Plan (PMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide expertise in project management and business administration. Specifically support in developing processes and products and establishing management controls for all aspects relevant to F-35 Program Office Sustainment projects and activities in support of the PMP/IMS and related Sustainment plans and policies
  • Develop, document, and assist in implementation oversight of policy and guidance related to program management, sustainment engineering, sustainment acceptance, logistics, industrial, and administrative processes to meet Program requirements
  • Coordinate the identification, development, delivery, and sustainment of the management and business tools necessary to support the Logistics and Sustainment team’s processes and data needs
  • Assist in the direction and management of the Sustainment Planning, Programming, and Procurement activities conducted in accordance with F-35 program procedures to meet the F-35 participants’ requirements
  • Provide Program Management expertise and products in support of the Sustainment elements of the PMP/IMS and provide assistance in Program Management Organization direction and oversight to internal F-35 Program Office Sustainment projects and activities in support of the PMP/IMS
  • Provide assistance in Program Management Organization direction and oversight to internal F-35 Program Office Sustainment projects and activities in support of the PMP/IMS
  • Provide support to the Chief Sustainment Architect in the definition, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall F-35 JPO Lifecycle Sustainment Architecture, to include Business, Operational, System, and Information elements spanning all Services and Contractor elements
  • Provide methods for oversight and coordination of Logistics and Sustainment teams in their management of sustainment-related risk and issues
  • Create and maintain various status tracking tools using Microsoft 365 products (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Required Qualifications:

  • Five years of data analysis and interpretation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • Additional four years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree
  • Comprehensive Program/Project Management knowledge and experience in defense acquisition
  • Comprehensive experience in Project Management PERT/Gant methods and tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
  • Program Management experience in the development of business system architectures, systems, and data models
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team of government and contractor personnel
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products to include Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance
